Transcom Promotes Egypt’s Outsourcing Industry at Swedish Business Forum

Transcom, representing Swedish companies in Egypt’s outsourcing services sector, recently participated in the Egyptian-Swedish Business Forum.
Ahmed Gamal El-Din, Transcom Egypt’s Director, stated that the forum was attended by Benjamin Dousa, Sweden’s Minister for Foreign Trade and International Development Cooperation, Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of International Cooperation, and the Swedish Ambassador to Egypt.
Gamal El-Din told “Ta3heed” that a portion of the forum highlighted Egypt’s competitive advantages in the outsourcing industry.
These advantages include the availability of qualified human capital, advanced digital infrastructure, and a strategic geographical location.
He also noted that discussions revolved around mechanisms to attract Swedish investments in outsourcing services, enabling Swedish companies to benefit from specialized Egyptian talent in exporting these services.
This participation by Transcom signals a strong push to further integrate Egypt into the global outsourcing landscape, particularly with Swedish investors.
What do you think are the most appealing aspects for Swedish companies looking to invest in Egypt’s outsourcing sector?
