Ahmed Youssef, General Manager of Intelcia Egypt for Outsourcing and Customer Experience, stated that 2025 represents a milestone in the growth of the Egyptian outsourcing sector.

This growth is driven by surging international demand and increasing confidence in Egypt’s competitive advantages, primarily its highly skilled, multilingual human talent and advanced infrastructure.

In exclusive statements to the “Ta3heed” newsletter, Youssef emphasized that Intelcia’s strong participation in the Global Outsourcing Summit in Cairo last November reflected a renewed and deep commitment to the Egyptian market.

He stressed that Egypt is not just a market, but a fundamental pillar and a major hub within the company’s strategic operational ecosystem at both the regional and global levels.

He revealed the company’s plan to double its workforce in Egypt, aiming to reach 5,000 employees by the end of 2026.

This comes as part of its commitment to providing massive job opportunities and training and empowering Egyptian youth in pivotal fields, including Customer Experience (CX), specialized technical support, and advanced digital services.

He added: “Intelcia believes that skilled and multilingual Egyptian cadres are the most critical factor in the success of its operations within the region.

The local market’s ability to provide globally competitive talent is a central element in ensuring the sustainability and development of the outsourcing sector’s growth.”

Youssef pointed out that Intelcia continues to expand its international client base and strengthen its operational activities in Egypt by opening new and advanced offices.

This supports the government’s vision of building an advanced digital economy and developing skills, while fully benefiting from the attractive investment environment that reflects growing confidence in the local market.

He concluded that Egypt will remain an indispensable strategic hub for the company’s future operations due to its exceptional human potential and digital capabilities, which are capable of leading the next phase of growth in the outsourcing industry regionally and internationally.
