Yasser Omran: Alorica Egypt Plans to Open a New Site with 1,000 to 1,500 Seats
Yasser Omran, Director of the global company Alorica in Egypt, stated that the firm recorded a staggering 700% business growth during the current year.
He also noted that the company has hired between 1,200 and 1,300 new employees.
In exclusive statements to the “Taaheed” newsletter, Omran explained that Alorica Egypt successfully secured contracts with 6 new international clients from various sectors—most notably hospitality, retail, and aviation—during 2025.
He further revealed the company’s intention to inaugurate a new site in the local market next year, with an operational capacity ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 seats.
It is worth noting that Alorica is ranked among the top 10 companies in the contact center sector globally, employing more than 100,000 people across 16 countries.
Since beginning its operations in Egypt in 2022, the company has achieved exceptional growth in a short period; its workforce reached 500 employees by the start of 2025, with aspirations to exceed 1,000 employees before the end of the current year.
