“Sky CX” Outsourcing Services Aims to Reach 1,000 Seats by 2026

The Egyptian outsourcing services company, Sky CX, aims to reach 1,000 seats during the next year.

Said Riad, the company’s Managing Director, stated that Sky CX is one of the entities affiliated with the Sky Holding group, which operates nine companies across various economic sectors.

In exclusive statements to the “Ta3heed Newsletter,” Riad explained that he has held the position of Managing Director of Sky CX since last May.

He pointed out that his company is headquartered in One Katameya Compound and secured its first call center on the tenth floor of the Al-Tijariyeen Tower building in the Abbasiya area.

He noted that Sky CX is in the process of contracting with its first client from outside Egypt (in the UAE) before the end of the current year.

Riad added that Sky was founded in 1996, followed by the launch of four subsidiaries. In 2020, the holding company was established, bringing the five entities under its umbrella. This was subsequently followed by the creation of three other companies.

He briefly mentioned that the first company is an authorized agent for Mercedes, providing after-sales services in the local market under the name GAS, in addition to Bauto, which is a group of car showrooms.

The group also includes Brental, specializing in corporate car rental systems, alongside Sky Lease (working in the financing activity), and Sky Finance (for individual financing).

Furthermore, the group comprises Sky for Insurance Brokerage, Sky CX for outsourcing services, and the two companies Jupiter Marketing and Strada Real Estate Brokerage.
