Mike Small joined the Sitel Group and served as Chief Customer Service Officer for the Americas region since May 2017, responsible for all functional aspects of North America and the surrounding region (Latin America), including operations, finance, human resources, sales, solutions, project management, and workforce. As Sitel Group’s Chief Client Officer, Small led the Americas account management team to significantly improve its business scale and help drive strategic value across all industries and verticals.
Before joining Sitel Group, Small held leadership positions in several international companies, including VXI & SYMBIO Global Solutions Capgemini and Hewlett Packard, especially since he has more than 20 years of experience in developing and leading experienced work teams inside and outside the BPO industry.
In addition, Small has also excelled in multiple leadership roles at IBM, and also served as President of the Adecco Group in the United States, responsible for fostering collaborative relationships and introducing innovative solutions.
Small is considered one of the most vocal advocates of the theory of diversity of technology, and he is also an active sponsor of a group of civil society organizations and women’s movements, including Girls Who Code, and others working to mobilize the business community to fund cancer treatment research.
