Quattro Aims for US Expansion and Cross-Border Outsourcing by Early 2026
Quattro Outsourcing Services is targeting expansion into the US market by early 2026, specifically focusing on the healthcare, technology, and financial solutions sectors.
This coincides with the company’s five-year anniversary.
Karim Fahmy, the company’s Chairman, stated that Quattro achieves an annual business growth of 10% to 15%.
He plans to double these rates once they begin offering offshore outsourcing services outside Egypt. Fahmy noted that the company is currently preparing its core technological infrastructure to ensure stable service delivery for clients.
Here’s the full interview:
When was the company founded? What does “Quattro” mean? And what is its activity?
The company was founded in 2020, coinciding with the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to business shutdowns and the implementation of remote work systems.
“Quattro” means “four” in Italian, as the company focuses on four main pillars. The first two are outsourcing services, divided into call center outsourcing and human resources management outsourcing, which includes entrusting the tasks of recruiting and managing teams for others.
The third pillar is providing outsourcing consulting services, and finally, offering ready-to-work administrative spaces.
How many clients does the company have? And which key economic sectors do you aim to focus on?
The company currently has a portfolio of 10 clients in diverse fields, including food, electronics, petroleum, telecommunications, and travel and tourism.
Quattro is keen on targeting various sectors in its operations.
What languages does the company offer outsourcing services to clients in?
Quattro currently provides outsourcing services to clients in Arabic and English as a first phase, but it is technically ready to offer them in more languages depending on future contracts.
How many seats does Quattro currently have?
We have the technical capabilities to reach between 500 to 600 seats.
When will the company begin its regional expansion? And where do the investment opportunities lie?
Building companies usually takes at least five years to ensure they don’t face any crises that threaten their future survival, especially since most startups are in a testing and challenging phase during their early years, facing multiple scenarios, whether continuing operations or encountering setbacks and eventual collapse.
Quattro is considering expanding outside Egypt early next year, coinciding with its fifth anniversary.
Based on the information available to our business development team, we are targeting the US market, especially in the healthcare, technology, and financial solutions sectors, due to their promising investment opportunities.
What is the annual growth rate of the company’s business volume since its establishment?
Quattro achieves an annual business growth of 10% to 15%.
It plans to double these rates upon commencing cross-border (offshore) outsourcing services outside Egypt.
Therefore, the company is currently preparing its core technological infrastructure to ensure stable service delivery for clients.
Where are Quattro’s headquarters located in Egypt?
The company has its main headquarters in Giza Governorate, specifically in the Mohandessin area, in addition to two backup locations in Cairo, in Nasr City and Maadi.
Have geopolitical tensions, especially the Israeli-Iranian conflict, affected the outsourcing services industry in Egypt?
In my humble opinion, there is certainly an impact, but it will be far from the core activity, especially since outsourcing services are provided remotely.
The current situation in our dear country is stable, thank God.
What is Quattro’s role in achieving the Ministry of Communications’ targets of reaching $16 billion in digital exports by 2030?
Egypt is the most fortunate in attracting new investments in the outsourcing services industry due to its highly qualified human resources capable of speaking more than one language besides Arabic and English, such as Spanish, German, Italian, and French, compared to other neighboring countries.
This is in addition to the high percentage of youth in the total population and the price advantage.
Egyptians also have an accent closer to the native language of foreign customers when dealing with them.
Furthermore, the country has witnessed significant development in infrastructure recently, with an expansion in the implementation of new technology park projects nationwide.
We aspire to contribute effectively to achieving the Ministry of Communications’ targets with these capabilities.
Is the company considering a presence in one of the new technology parks?
We hope so. We have already communicated with Silicon Waha, the company managing and developing new technology parks. However, this step depends on expansion in the American and European markets, especially since the buildings in these parks are technically equipped to the highest standards and therefore come with a relatively higher cost.
Which new technology parks might align with Quattro’s needs?
I believe Sadat City aligns with our plans, especially since it’s a virgin area with a large number of competencies and is located near road and transportation networks.
It also has Sadat University, which is one of the major educational platforms.
