 What is your expansion plan in Egypt during 2024?

We have our expansion plans in Egypt during 2024 by opening a second headquarters campus, and in addition to expanding the services provided at our current headquarters, we have a lot of customer interest from existing and potential international brands.

 Do you intend to expand outside Cairo in the future?

We look forward to expanding our current presence in Egypt and throughout Africa in 2024.

What opportunities are you seeking to invest in the local market?

We are open to partnering with companies and brands in the local market.

How many call center seats do you have? Are there plans to increase it?

We currently have over 25,000 employees globally, and are in the process of hiring 100 people to the team in Cairo.

We plan to expand aggressively in Cairo, add more than 500 new job opportunities in the next year, and launch our new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Cairo.
