IGT Solutions aims to reach 2000 employees in Egypt by the end of 2025

IGT Solutions aims to increase its number of employees in the Egyptian market to 2,000 employees by the end of 2025.

Mohamed Guemei, the company’s general manager in Egypt, said that IGT Solutions started its work in the local market in 2022 and is one of the emerging entities in the field of customer service and artificial intelligence technology.

Guemei,explained in statements to Ta3heed newsletter that the company currently provides its services from the Maadi Technology Zone with a number of employees ranging between 300 and 350.

He stressed that his company has an ambitious plan to be one of the pillars of the outsourcing services industry in Egypt during the next phase.

For her part, Rana Aslan, Director of Human Resources at IGT Solutions, said that the latter is an Indian company established in 1998 and specializes in customer service and has a presence in 31 countries around the world, including America.

Rana explained that her company is working to develop the outsourcing industry by hiring university graduates and attracting human skills that are proficient in languages ​​such as German, French and Italian.
