IDP Tools Drive the Future of Business Automation in Call Centers

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies witnessed unprecedented development in 2025, with increasing reliance on Artificial Intelligence to analyze and extract data from various types of documents, whether written texts, images, emails, or handwritten forms.

With this expansion, IDP solutions have become a pivotal element in boosting business automation within major corporations and evolving contact centers worldwide.

Recent reports indicate that the adoption of IDP contributed to halving error rates, reducing the costs of manual document processing by 35%, and saving approximately 17% of the time previously consumed by repetitive tasks within companies.

These results have driven over 60% of diverse companies, such as Fortune 250 firms, to adopt IDP solutions, while the percentage in the financial sector rose to 71%, amid forecasts that the global IDP market will grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 24.7% until 2034.

UiPath, an IDP solutions company, topped the Everest Group PEAK Matrix Report for 2025 for the third consecutive year, having cemented its position by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI technologies, and “Agentic AI” into its structure.

The company further enhanced its capabilities by launching specialized models like DocPath and CommPath, dedicated to processing complex documents and communications with high accuracy, alongside a library containing over 120 ready-to-use cases.

While companies such as Google and Microsoft are attempting to strengthen their presence in this field, UiPath remains the most integrated, thanks to its deep unification of AI, data extraction, and communications processing within a single platform capable of supporting end-to-end business automation, according to Auxis.

The year 2025 remains a pivotal year in the world of document automation, as IDP solutions transform from mere data extraction tools into intelligent decision engines that are reshaping work methods within organizations globally.
