Sunday, November 16, 2025 Edition: Special Coverage of the Global Outsourcing Summit from the Heart of the Event

Good morning, dear followers. We always remind you to take precaution against the changing weather of November and sudden cold waves. May you remain safe and sound.

Today’s edition of the “Ta3heed” newsletter is an exceptional one, dedicated entirely to covering one of the most important events witnessed by Egypt’s technology and services sector recently: the “Global Outsourcing Summit,” which Egypt hosted for the first time. The summit was organized by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) on November 9th and 10th, with the attendance of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.

The summit, which has been the central topic of discussion within the outsourcing community over the past few days, resulted in the signing of 55 new agreements with major global companies operating in the fields of “outsourcing” services and cross-border service centers, either to expand existing operations within Egypt or to establish new global centers serving various markets from Cairo.

This momentum reflects Egypt’s transformation into one of the most attractive destinations for global companies, thanks to the availability of specialized human competencies, advanced digital infrastructure, and competitive operating costs.

Our newsletter reaches you under the sponsorship of ITIDA, and in strategic partnership with Silicon Waha for Technology Parks—entities that played a pivotal role in supporting the outsourcing industry and attracting more investments to the local market. The newsletter is also sponsored by Target HR and Telecom Egypt.

The “Ta3heed” newsletter team was present at the heart of the event throughout the two days of the summit, listening directly to officials from some of the largest global outsourcing services companies.

They confirmed during our press interviews that the Egyptian market has become one of their most important expansion points in the coming years, whether in the fields of call centers, technical outsourcing, technical support, software development, or cross-border services.

The newsletter’s team also received wide praise from the leadership of the Ministry of Communications and ITIDA for the efforts made in supporting this promising sector, led by Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications, and Eng. Ahmed Elzaher, CEO of ITIDA, both of whom provided the newsletter with exclusive statements.

Dr. Amr Talaat affirmed to “Ta3heed” that the intensive international presence at the summit reflects growing confidence in the capabilities of the Egyptian market, both at the level of technological infrastructure and the volume and quality of qualified cadres. This positions Egypt in a strong competitive position to attract more investments in the outsourcing field in the coming years.
