Ahmed Dokhana Appointed Outsourcing Industry Consultant at e-Finance Group

Ta3heed” newsletter has learned that Ahmed Dokhana, former CEO of e-Nable, an e-Finance Group subsidiary, will assume the role of Outsourcing Industry Consultant for the group.

This move follows the appointment of Maggy Douidar as the new CEO of e-Nable. Douidar brings over 25 years of professional experience in call center services and outsourcing solutions.

She has a proven track record of enhancing operational performance and service efficiency across various leading local and regional companies.

Prior to joining e-Nable, Douidar served as the Regional Manager for “In Touch” in Africa. She also previously led the support services sector at Raya Contact Center for five years and was a board member at GCX, RCX’s Gulf arm in Saudi Arabia.

In previous statements to “Ta3heed,” Dokhana explained that e-Nable began its operations in 2009 as a core operational sector within “e-Finance for Financial and Digital Operations.”

When the group’s management decided to spin off its activities into independent companies capable of self-sustainability and market adaptation, the name “e-Nable Outsourcing Services” was chosen after extensive discussions, signifying its aim to empower partners to meet their needs.

e-Nable launched its services from a single location with 300 seats and was officially registered on December 29, 2020.

In 2016, the management shifted its strategy to encompass all sectors, aiming to build a new institutional entity capable of adapting to market conditions.

The company began attracting new clients, and among its notable successes was the 2016 population census project.

e-Nable won this project after strong competition with leading companies in the Egyptian market, and the head of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics at the time commended the company’s service quality in a presentation before the President of the Republic.

e-Nable provided technical support and responded to all project inquiries through 5,000 employees affiliated with the agency.

Over time, the company successfully attracted private sector clients, and currently serves over 70 clients from various sectors.

Thanks to its robust infrastructure and skilled workforce, the company handles over 2 million successful calls monthly.

In 2021, the company expanded into all areas of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, including ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) and HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing).

This leadership transition and Dokhana’s new advisory role highlight the strategic importance of outsourcing within the e-Finance Group.

It also underscores e-Nable’s significant growth and diversification within the Egyptian outsourcing landscape
