Dowidar Appointed CEO of E-Nable, Succeeding Dokhana
“Taaheed” newsletter has learned that Maggie Dowidar will assume the position of CEO at E-Nable, a company specializing in outsourcing services, succeeding Ahmed Dokhana.
Maggie Dowidar brings over 25 years of professional experience in call center services and outsourcing solutions.
Throughout her career, she has worked with several leading local and regional companies, making significant contributions to developing operational performance and enhancing service efficiency.
Before her appointment at E-Nable, Dowidar served as the Regional Manager for “Intouch” in Africa.
She also previously led the support services sector at Raya Contact Center for five years and served as a board member at GCX, the Gulf arm of RCX in Saudi Arabia.
Dowidar’s responsibilities throughout her career have included overseeing a range of vital functions, most notably:
workforce management, management information systems and reporting, quality control and customer experience, training and operational development, and project and new application management.
She also played a pivotal role in launching the work-from-home model within RCX and contributed to training approximately 80% of the company’s employees, in addition to leading its corporate social responsibility program.
Among her most notable technical achievements are leading a global project for automated reporting using Power BI and implementing several efficiency improvement initiatives across different departments within organizations.
Maggie Dowidar has also held leadership positions at major companies, including MetLife Life Insurance Company, and worked for a long period at “Xceed” (affiliated with Telecom Egypt), where she managed support and quality assurance sectors.
This appointment comes at a time when Egypt’s outsourcing services sector is experiencing significant growth, and E-Nable is striving to strengthen its market position.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Dokhana is a prominent figure in the customer services and business support solutions sector, with over 30 years of experience in information technology, electronic payments, and logistics.
Before leading E-Nable, he held senior positions at major international companies, including IBM and Americana Egypt.
He also played a pioneering role in establishing the warehouses and logistics sector at Raya and led the procurement management development project at e-Finance Group.
