Concentrix Aims to Increase its Workforce in Egypt to 24,000 by the End of 2025
Concentrix, the U.S.-based company specializing in outsourcing, business services, and call centers, plans to expand its operations in Egypt, aiming to increase its workforce to 24,000 employees by the end of this year.
Amr Sobhy, CEO of Concentrix Egypt, revealed in a statement to “Ta3heed” that Egypt is a key market in the company’s expansion plans.
The company recently announced an investment of $1 billion in the Egyptian market, which will create 15,000 new job opportunities, bringing the total number of employees to 35,000 by 2028.
He added that Concentrix has been operating in Egypt since 2009, relying on a qualified local workforce, with graduates from faculties such as languages, commerce, business administration, engineering, and pharmacy making up about 95% of its employees.
Sobhy also noted that the company operates 11 centers in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Hurghada, and plans to strengthen its presence in these cities while expanding into Mansoura.
Sobhy pointed out that Concentrix offers services in 12 different languages, including English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, enhancing its ability to meet the needs of global clients in sectors such as e-commerce, telecommunications, tourism, technology, banking, fintech, healthcare, media, and transportation.
It is worth noting that Concentrix is one of the leading U.S. companies in technology-based customer services and ranks among the top 5 global companies in business process outsourcing.
