Amal Hassan is a Nigerian entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Outsource Global, a call center services company founded in 2013.
Hassan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the same university.
The company provides clients with BPO solutions, telemarketing, IT services, software development and customer support for the international market.
Outsource Global has three offices in Abuja, Lagos and Kaduna.
In 2003, Amal established the first organized ICT training institute in Kano to train Nigerian youth, especially women.
Under her leadership, Outsource Global has emerged as a leading provider of Nigerian call centers serving the international market, transforming the company into a true global giant in the BPO space, creating over 700 job opportunities and putting Nigeria on the global map in the BPO industry.
Amal participated in local and international business missions and attended many professional and leadership courses, conferences and seminars locally and abroad.
Amal is also a partner in Bluetag Group, the holding company for Parkway, HealthStation, Bluetag Technologies, Bluetag Synergy and Outsource Global.
She is also a graduate of the US State Department’s Global Women’s Mentoring Program, which connects young leaders with Fortune’s most powerful women.
