Transcom Aims for 3,000 Employees in Egypt Next Year
 
						Transcom, the Swedish outsourcing services company, plans to reach 3,000 employees in the Egyptian market next year.
This is part of its strategy to increase investments and attract new clients.
According to Ahmed Gamal El-Din, the company’s Regional Manager in Egypt, Transcom currently provides services to clients with 1,700 employees and aims to increase this number to 2,000 by July of this year.
Gamal El-Din stated in remarks to “Ta3heed” newsletter that the company recently opened a new center in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, which includes 600 seats.
Transcom is a globally recognized company specializing in customer service, consulting, sales, technical support, and business operations.
The Swedish company operates 69 contact centers in 26 countries, employing approximately 30,000 staff. It offers services in 33 languages to major global clients across various sectors.
Transcom began its operations in Egypt in February 2023 at Smart Village in 6th of October City.
