Mohamed Eissa: A Pioneer of the Outsourcing Industry in Egypt and the Middle East
Dr. Mohamed Eissa, CEO of Etisal International Group since 2003, is considered a prominent pioneer in the outsourcing services industry in Egypt and the region.
He combines over three decades of experience with an ambitious vision aimed at strengthening Egypt’s position as a leading regional hub for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology.
Eissa graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University in 1988 and continued his academic career by obtaining a PhD in Business Administration from the European University in France in 2023.
Throughout his professional journey, he has held leadership positions in prestigious local and international companies, including his membership on the Board of Directors of Riyada Group (2003–2017), his founding of “Hands On” consultancy in Saudi Arabia (2009–2012), and “Eviso” consultancy (2012–2021), in addition to his current position as Chairman and CEO of “Advanced Digital Solutions (IDS)” in Egypt and the UAE.
