Cenk Soyak: Founder of the First Virtual Call Center Software on Google

Cenk Soyak is a seasoned leader and the current CEO of Call Center Studio, the company that developed the first virtual call center management software on Google.

His career spans diverse fields, including technology, business consulting, and academia.

Soyak holds a wide range of skills, including market research, marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, business planning, and leadership.

From 2000 to 2015, he served as a part-time lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University’s MBA program, teaching business development and project management.

Professional Journey

Before founding Call Center Studio, Soyak gained extensive experience in the dynamic consulting and telecommunications sectors across several cities, including New York, Houston, Paris, Brussels, Athens, and Istanbul.

As the General Manager of Effortel and Transatel, he established and managed MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) operations in Turkey.

During his time at Ernst & Young, he leveraged his expertise in telecommunications and business to help companies compete in both local and international markets.

He began his career as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young before rising to the position of Regional Manager of Management Consulting.

This role provided him with a valuable foundation in finance and professional services, and allowed him to work with global corporate giants such as Coca-Cola, Castrol, Shell, Turkcell, and JPMorgan.

Beyond his academic and commercial success, Cenk Soyak is known for his passion for sharing knowledge and his diverse interests.

A talented musician and performer, he plays jazz guitar and has been featured in some of the city’s top clubs.
