Yasser Omran Appointed CEO of “Alorica Egypt” Following Paulo Pereira

Yasser Omran assumed the role of CEO of Alorica Egypt, a global outsourcing services company, on March 10th, succeeding Paulo Pereira.

Omran brings 18 years of professional experience in the call center industry, having held leadership positions in several local and international companies before joining Alorica Egypt.

Most recently, he served as a Regional Director at Cezarland, before moving on to lead Alorica’s operations in the Egyptian market.

Throughout his career, Omran has demonstrated exceptional competency in managing large-scale projects within the call center sector.

Over the past five years, he played a pivotal role in expanding operations across Egypt and the Middle East, with notable achievements in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.

He has also made significant strides in increasing team sizes and opening new markets in Asia.

Alorica Egypt aims to strengthen its regional position in the Middle East, benefiting from the extensive experience of its new CEO. The company has ambitious plans to double its workforce in the coming months.

It is worth noting that Alorica Global is among the top 10 companies in the call center industry worldwide, employing over 100,000 employees across 16 countries.

The group began its operations in Egypt in 2022 and achieved remarkable growth in a short period, with the number of employees reaching 500 by the beginning of 2025, aiming to surpass 1,000 employees by the end of this year.
