Alaa El Khishen: From Production Manager at Nestlé to Leading Raya Contact Centers
Engineer Alaa El Khishen has been serving as the CEO of Raya Contact Centers since April 2024.
He began his career as a production manager at Nestlé for a year between 1993 and 1994, then moved on to hold several leadership positions in both Egyptian and international companies.
These included CEO of Webhelp Global Outsourcing Services and Deputy CEO of Majorel UK between 2019 and 2020.
He also held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Eco Outsourcing from 2007 to 2019, and served as Chairman of the Board of IMA International for six years from 2012 to 2018.
Additionally, El Khishen was the Marketing and Strategic Planning Director at Sepco Ltd. for seven years from 2000 to 2007, and the Deputy General Manager at Hartwell in the UK between 1997 and 2000.
He also worked as Marketing Director at AIG Holding in Egypt between 1996 and 1997, along with a role at the Makarim Group between 1994 and 1997.
El Khishen holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the American University in Cairo, awarded in 1997.
