Octopus Outsourcing serves its clients from Alexandria with 1900 seats..and opens a site in Saudi Arabia
Ahmed Allam, Business Development Manager at Octopus Outsourcing, said that his company provides cross-border outsourcing services from its main branch in Alexandria through two locations that include 1,900 seats.
Allam explained in exclusive statements to Taaheed that Octopus was founded by Dr. Khaled Al-Amrawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bright Skies Solutions, in 2020, and provides off-shoring services to customers in Arabic, English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
He pointed out that his company currently has a diverse portfolio of major clients in various economic sectors globally and regionally, despite its recent entry into the market.
On another note, he revealed that the company recently opened a site in the Saudi market equipped with the latest technological techniques and is scheduled to enter into operation soon to serve the needs of the Kingdom’s customers.
He pointed out that the decision to expand into Saudi Arabia is in line with the Kingdom’s government regulations regarding companies being obligated to provide customer services within the Kingdom’s borders.
He added that Octups also has a representative sales office in Dubai, UAE, to market its services in the Gulf region markets such as the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, in addition to expanding and acquiring new clients from Asian countries.
