However, our agent was recently able to provide adequate inventory to meet customers’ needs in a simple way, and for our part, we provide payment facilities to the agent to support him in facing this challenge.

Did the heavy reliance on working from home after the Corona crisis contribute to the growth in sales of the headphones market?

Indeed, there has been a significant increase in demand for this type of headphones, whether from outsourcing companies or other companies that want to provide their services professionally through their employees at home.

We are witnessing a growth of about 20% in demand for these products despite the challenges related to importing.

Our market share ranges between 40 and 50% of call center companies use our company’s headphones due to their advanced technology and competitive price.

The price of the headphones does not exceed approximately 2,400 pounds, taking into account that they do not break and are equipped with artificial intelligence technology for noise isolation, in addition to the presence of 3 replacement parts for the part that is placed on the ear, which makes their lifespan longer.

We target a growth of 20% in sales of call center headsets, and 15% in other communications services, if the current situation continues as it is, with regard to import problems, but if these obstacles disappear, the growth rates will be greater than that.

Indeed, we played a role in supplying our products to a number of national projects in Egypt, and in some projects we carried out supply operations reaching 50% of the total devices related to unified communications and communication centers used in the projects.
