Xceed Gears Up for New ESG Report Release
Xceed is planning to issue an updated version of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report.
Engineer Rasha Ezz, the company’s Head of Marketing and Sales, stated that this step reflects Xceed’s deep commitment to reducing its environmental impact and promoting community development.
In statements to Ta’aheed Newsletter, Ezz explained that her company aims to enhance responsible and sustainable business practices, which is why the company has released the latest version of its Carbon Footprint Report.
She added that Xceed believes the future of the outsourcing services industry lies in achieving a balance between economic growth and environmental and social sustainability, noting that her company has decided to adopt the concept of “green outsourcing” within its strategic plans.
She indicated that this vision comes at a time of increasing global trends towards adopting sustainable business practices, considering Xceed an exemplary model in integrating social sustainability within outsourcing operations, thereby contributing to the establishment of the “green outsourcing” concept in the region.
It is worth noting that Xceed has won numerous awards during its participation in international forums and events, most notably the gold award at the “Gulf CX Awards” ceremony in the Best Citizen Experience category.
