According to the latest data from alfcio, the compensation packages for the top tech CEOs reflect the massive scale and strategic importance of the sectors they lead—from AI and Fintech to the thriving world of Outsourcing.

Marc Benioff, the Chairman and CEO of Salesforce, currently leads the global rankings.

As the head of the world’s premier CRM software giant, Benioff commands an annual compensation of $55.1 million, setting the benchmark for leadership value in the software industry.

Following closely is William McDermott, CEO of ServiceNow, who ranks second with an annual salary of $37.6 million for his role in revolutionizing workflow automation.

In the third spot, Andrew Florance, CEO of CoStar Group, earns $37.4 million annually for leading the specialized field of real estate analytics and consulting services.

The fintech and semiconductor sectors also show immense financial strength:

Sasan Goodarzi, CEO of Intuit, ranks fourth with an annual income of $36.6 million.

Timothy Archer of Lam Research, a titan in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, follows in fifth place with $30.1 million.

Innovation and Outsourcing Excellence

The rise of specialized AI and professional services is clearly visible in the latter half of the list.

Eric Lefkofsky, CEO of Tempus AI, takes the sixth position with $28.6 million, highlighting the growing value of AI in healthcare.

He is followed by Sassine Ghazi of Synopsys, who ranks seventh with $27.4 million for his leadership in electronic design automation.

Notably, Julie Sweet, the Chair and CEO of Accenture, ranks eighth with an annual compensation of $24.9 million.

Her inclusion is a powerful testament to the global scale of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and consulting industry, proving that the outsourcing sector is a primary engine of the global tech economy.

Rounding out the top positions, Frank Bisignano, CEO of the fintech giant Fiserv, secures the ninth spot with a salary of $23.7 million.
