Technology Sector Head: “Intella” Converts Voice Commands to Text with Over 95.7% Accuracy

Engineer Omar Mansour, Co-founder and CEO of the Technology Sector at “Intella,” stated that his company is leading the future of artificial intelligence in the region by building innovative technological solutions specifically designed for the Arab world.

In statements to the “Outsourcing” newsletter, Mansour explained that Intella’s core technology converts voice commands into written text with an accuracy exceeding 95.7%.

This technology has a deep and broad understanding of over 25 Arabic dialects, providing clients with reliable data to make strategic decisions.

It is worth noting that Intella recently signed a strategic partnership agreement with e-commerce service company “Jumia Egypt” to launch the smart assistant “Ziila,” a completely new voice-ordering experience using the Egyptian dialect.

Mansour added that Intella offers contact centers comprehensive call analysis, transforming call data into growth opportunities.

“Instead of manually reviewing 2% of calls, our platform automatically analyzes 100% of interactions, providing strategic insights into customer satisfaction and operational team performance,” he said.

He also noted that Intella serves a wide range of major clients in the banking, telecommunications, and government sectors in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Regarding growth, Mansour confirmed that Intella has secured investment rounds from prominent investors in America, Europe, and the Gulf, with a total value exceeding $17 million.

He added that the company, which is headquartered in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, plans to transform its Riyadh branch into a major commercial hub to serve the Gulf markets.
