Sutherland Egypt: 30% Growth in 2025 Business Volume; Cairo Becomes the Largest Hub after India and the Philippines

Mohamed El-Kiki, Head of Global Operations and President of Sutherland Egypt and UAE, stated that Egypt was the highest-growing country in terms of business volume within Sutherland Global during 2025, with a growth rate of approximately 30% compared to the previous year.

In exclusive statements to the “Taaheed” newsletter, El-Kiki explained that Egypt currently ranks as the third-largest country for the company in terms of business volume, following India and the Philippines.

He noted that the most significant growth originated from international markets, while local business operations remained stable.

He added that the company created the equivalent of 800 new job opportunities in Egypt by increasing the operational capacity of its existing sites in Cairo and Alexandria, without opening any new locations.

He also revealed that 2025 witnessed a marked increase in the client base, particularly within international sectors such as telecommunications and tourism, describing the current year as highly successful for Sutherland in Egypt.

El-Kiki pointed out that Sutherland now provides its services from Egypt through a workforce of 7,500 employees and 6,000 seats. The company aims to increase these numbers by 20% to 30% during the coming year.
