Lotfy Appointed New CEO of Xceed, Succeeding Moustafa
Xceed, a leader in the call center and outsourcing services industry, has announced the appointment of Mohamed Lotfy as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Wael Moustafa, effective early October 2025.
This leadership change follows a distinguished career path by Wael Moustafa within the company spanning more than twenty-three years, including nine years in the CEO position.
During his tenure, Moustafa successfully guided Xceed toward achieving strong growth rates and solidifying its position as one of the most prominent outsourcing companies in the region.
Mohamed Lotfy brings over twenty-one years of experience within Xceed, during which he held a number of strategic and leadership roles both inside and outside Egypt.
He played a pivotal role in developing operational processes and enhancing Xceed’s regional and global expansion.
