“Intelcia” to Open a New Center in Sheikh Zayed in Mid-April

Aya Mansour, Marketing Manager at Intelcia Outsourcing Services, announced that the company has begun operations at its new center in “Walk of Cairo” in Sheikh Zayed City, with the official opening scheduled for mid-April.
The new headquarters spans over 5,000 square meters across four floors and is set to accommodate 750 employees.
Intelcia operates in four main sectors, with call center services accounting for 95% of its business. Additionally, it provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT services through its investment arm, Intelcia IT Solutions.
Company sources also revealed that Intelcia aims to launch a multilingual contact center in Egypt, offering services in Spanish, English, Italian, Arabic, German, and more.
Intelcia’s Global Presence
Founded in 2000, Intelcia employs over 40,000 people across 17 countries, operating 88 service centers worldwide. The company specializes in four core services:
- Call center and technical support
- Business management technology solutions
- IT consulting
- Research and development
Intelcia also operates three subsidiaries under its umbrella:
- Intelcia University and Intelcia Academy, which train new employees entering the industry
- Eversyona, specializing in consulting services
Currently, Intelcia provides outsourcing services in Egypt through two locations: one in Smart Village in 6th of October City and another in the Borg El Arab Technology Park in Alexandria.
