“Refky” Establishes Planovate Company for Consulting Services in America
According to the Ta3heed newsletter, Engineer Ahmed Refky, the former CEO of Raya for Contact Centers, has founded a new company in America specializing in providing consulting services in the outsourcing industry under the name “Planovate.”
Informed sources in the IT sector stated that Planovate is headquartered in the state of Florida and operates in the areas of strategic planning, business transformation, startup growth support, and customer experience, as well as offering consulting services in business process outsourcing (BPO).
It is worth noting that Ahmed Refky decided to retire from his position as CEO of Raya for Contact Centers in February 2023, and at that time the company announced the appointment of Ahmed Abu Al-Az as his successor.
Refky has also held leadership positions in several other local and international companies, including Convergys and Xceed.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and control engineering, as well as a diploma from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
