“Concentrix Egypt” Weighs Between Kafr El-Sheikh and Mansoura for Expansion… and Plans to Add Urdu and Mandarin

The American outsourcing services company Concentrix is currently weighing between the cities of Kafr El-Sheikh and Mansoura for establishing a new branch in the Delta region in the upcoming phase.
Amr Sobhi, the company’s CEO in Egypt, stated that the matter is still under study, explaining that the new branch is expected to accommodate between 1,000 and 3,000 employees, which would enhance its operational capacity.
Sobhi added that the planned branch to be inaugurated in the Delta region will be the first of its kind at Concentrix Egypt, operating entirely with an all-female workforce (100%).
He pointed out that his company is committed to empowering youth in all of Egypt’s governorates by providing them with rewarding job opportunities that ensure a decent life and respect their professional aspirations.
In a related note, he hinted that Concentrix Egypt currently employs staff who speak 12 different languages, including English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The company aims to increase that number to 14 by the end of the current year by adding Urdu and Mandarin, with the goal of attracting clients from the Indian and Chinese markets, respectively, and serving them from its branch in Cairo.
A few days ago, global Concentrix signed a strategic agreement with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) aimed at boosting its expansion plans and investing one billion dollars in Egypt over the next four years.
The agreement was signed in the presence of both Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Amr Talaat.
