“VXI” US Company to Launch Its Second Branch in Egypt in January 2025 with a Capacity of 500 Seats

The American outsourcing company, “VXI” for the Middle East and North Africa region, is set to launch its second branch in Egypt at City Stars next month.

Ahmed Bahgat, the CEO of “VXI” US for outsourcing services in the Middle East and North Africa, stated that the company launched its first branch in Egypt this year, which is the first of its kind for vxi in the Middle East and outside Europe.

In a statement to “Ta3heed” newsletter, he indicated that the company’s second branch will be opened in City Stars in January 2025 with a capacity of 500 seats, bringing the total number of employees at both headquarters to 1000.

He explained that the reason for choosing Egypt is their desire to provide services in multiple languages other than English and Spanish, and that the Egyptian market is the most suitable for offering this. He indicated that initially, 500 employees will be hired in the Egyptian branch.

He clarified that his company is specialized in business process outsourcing, customer service, and digital solutions, and has 8 branches distributed across America, Asia, and Latin America.

Its services are available in these branches in English and Spanish, and it has 45,000 employees in all the countries where it operates.

Regarding the company’s plans, Bahgat explained that VXI aims to grow to reach more than 4,000 employees over the next 5 years, and it is targeting future expansion outside of Africa.
