Xceed commenced operations in 2001 with 1,000 seats and has since grown to encompass 10,000 multi-channel seats.

In an interview with “Ta3heed” newsletter, Moustapha highlighted that Xceed has successfully positioned Egypt on the global map as a prime location offering numerous competitive advantages that bolster its potential to achieve global leadership in this industry and compete effectively with countries like India and the Philippines, which possess established expertise.

Moustapha further elaborated that ءXceed’s business model revolves around two core pillars: catering to domestic clients and exporting offshore services. The company has devised a comprehensive strategy to foster the growth of the outsourcing industry in Egypt.

Moustapha acknowledged the commendable efforts undertaken by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology over the years to bolster and drive further expansion of Egypt’s outsourcing industry.

Moustapha expressed his belief that the Egyptian Telecommunications Company’s (WE) initiative to establish the necessary infrastructure to accommodate the business volume of all companies operating in the Egyptian market has played a pivotal role in reducing international connectivity costs and attracting numerous global outsourcing entities to Egypt.

This positive development has had a ripple effect, benefiting all outsourcing companies operating in the local market, including Exceed.

Moustapha hinted that Xceed boasts a robust presence across Egypt with seven branches spread throughout the country.

Additionally, the company maintains two international branches, one in Morocco and the other in Mauritius.

Xceed is poised for further expansion into new markets in the near future to accommodate the anticipated growth in its business volume.

Moustapha highlighted that Xceed boasts a dynamic workforce of over 25,000 young and talented individuals.

The company is committed to investing in its human capital by providing comprehensive training and development programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape.

He stated that Xceed has taken the initiative to establish the Xceed Academy, a specialized institution dedicated to fostering the professional development of its employees.

The academy offers comprehensive training programs to enhance their skills and linguistic capabilities, ultimately contributing to an overall elevation in their performance and proficiency.

He elaborated that Xceed Academy’s mandate extends beyond upskilling and empowering Xceed’s own employees.

It also serves as an investment arm for the company, offering training courses to employees of other outsourcing firms. This strategic approach not only enhances the overall outsourcing industry but also generates additional revenue streams for Xceed.

Moustapha further added that Xceed Academy plays a pivotal role in nurturing the professional development of approximately 1,000 employees annually.

He also mentioned that Xceed has ambitious plans to expand the academy’s training capacity in the near future.

He expressed his firm belief that Egyptian outsourcing companies are now fully equipped to contribute to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s ambitious strategy of boosting Egypt’s digital exports to a staggering $6 billion by 2026.
