“TalkTalk” Outsourcing Services Acquires Majority Stakes in Three Tech Startups

The Egyptian outsourcing services company, TalkTalk, has acquired majority stakes in three technology startups to attract a new customer base in new sectors, including government entities.
An official source at TalkTalk said that one of the three entities works in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology solutions.
The source explained that TalkTalk believes in the importance of investing in startups as they are the axis of development and the lifeline of the Egyptian economy.
Consequently, the company recently launched an initiative to offer integrated services to them at affordable prices that suit their sizes and the nature of their activities.
The source added in exclusive statements to the “Ta3heed” newsletter that TalkTalk intends to change the branding of the three companies.
He noted that these deals will help TalkTalk enter new areas, including digital transformation services for governments, especially in the Arabian Gulf region, where the acquired companies possess a significant client base.
TalkTalk Outsourcing Services was established in the Egyptian market over a year ago and operates in the field of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, with clients from the United States and Canada.
The company also aims to increase its employee count to 5,000 staff and increase the number of clients from the US and Canada to 500 clients by the end of 2027.
