On Nasr Road: SkyBound CX Announces Lease Assignment for “B-Square” Headquarters
SkyBound CX, the British-based outsourcing services provider, has announced its intention to assign the lease of its headquarters located in the B-Square administrative mall on Nasr Road, Nasr City, to a third party.
Khaled Yassin, Founder and CEO of SkyBound CX, stated that the facility spans 500 square meters and comes fully furnished and “ready-to-operate” immediately.
He further clarified that the company has completed all necessary high-end finishing and infrastructure works.
In an exclusive statement to “Ta3heed,” Yassin noted that the location is ideally suited for Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
He added that the lease assignment agreement will be formalized directly with the B-Square building management.
It is worth noting that SkyBound CX serves as the outsourcing investment arm of the Esnad Global Group.
The parent group operates across six diverse sectors, including energy, food, and agriculture, with a presence in the UAE, the United Kingdom, Sudan, and Malaysia.
The company is currently planning to inject initial investments into the Egyptian market ranging from $500,000 to $1 million.
Additionally, SkyBound CX aims to expand its footprint into Alexandria and is set to launch multilingual outsourcing services in Spanish and German by the third quarter of 2026.
