Pankaj Danuka, the CEO and co-founder of Ameridial, graduated from the University of Delhi, India, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
Additionally, he is a Chartered Accountant and Finance Fellow from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Before joining Ameridial, Danuka held several prestigious positions in other organizations. He served as the CEO of Fusion BPO Services and the CFO of Xplore-Tech Services Pvt Ltd.
Danuka began his professional career in 1993 as the Deputy Manager at Unit Trust of India (UTI), where he worked for three years.
With over 25 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, he played a crucial role in establishing Ameridial, Inc. as a key player in the U.S. market.
Founded in 1987, Ameridial, Inc. is a BPO and call center services provider headquartered in North Canton, Ohio, USA, with additional offices in Ohio, North Carolina, and Maine.
