Universities.. Gateway for Outsourcing Companies to Attract Ideas and Staff in 2025

A number of workers in the outsourcing services industry agreed that universities are the gateway for companies to attract ideas and qualified human cadres to work with them immediately after graduation, explaining that Egypt’s future lies in investing in young people who have a passion and enthusiasm to learn about everything new on the global scene.

They stressed that their companies are planning to sign partnerships with universities during the current year on various levels, whether supporting student graduation projects or developing artificial intelligence technology services, which will be reflected in raising productivity and performance rates within the industry.

Abdul Aziz: Going to universities is important to develop artificial intelligence services and train graduates

Shaima Abdel Aziz, CEO of “Gochat 247”, a company specialized in outsourcing services and advanced technology, said that the cooperation of outsourcing companies with educational institutions such as universities is important and achieves the benefit of the capabilities of students and companies in various specializations at the level of various projects and services.

She pointed out that targeting universities is important and is part of our company’s orientations, as we are currently studying cooperation with some universities in Egypt to develop artificial intelligence services, train graduates, and attract cadres to work in the company immediately after graduation.

Taher: Luxoft plans to partner with public and international universities, including Cairo and German

Amr Taher, Director of Luxoft, the global automotive software company in Egypt, revealed its plan to conclude partnerships with public and international universities, including Cairo University, Ain Shams University, German University, and American University, by the end of 2025, to help students prepare their graduation projects that can be used in the company’s research and development plans.

Taher explained that his company can play a pivotal role in developing the skills of cadres and raising the capabilities of new graduates or university students through training courses for recent graduates through cooperation with the Information Technology Institute (ITI) affiliated with the Ministry of Communications under the leadership of Dr. Heba Saleh.

He stressed that there are many competencies in Egypt with various skills, but the best investment is in university students as they guarantee a promising future for the country. This category of young people also has great enthusiasm and ability.
