The company obtained the license to establish and operate call centers from the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) last November.
Dr. Amr Talaat, the Minister of Communications, inaugurated TTEC’s headquarters in the Maadi Technology Zone in February 2025.
At that time, TTEC announced its plan to increase its employee base in Egypt to 800 employees by 2026, to provide services including customer care, acquisition, fraud prevention and detection, and content moderation.
