Indian national Kumar Shwetabh serves as the CEO of Pacific BPO, a subsidiary of Access Healthcare, a leading healthcare BPO provider.
Shwetabh co-founded Pacific BPO in 2010 and within 8 years, successfully grew the company from zero to over 2200 employees.
In August 2018, Access Healthcare acquired Pacific BPO, creating one of the largest revenue cycle management companies with over 11,000 employees.
With over 15 years of experience in sales, account management, transition, and operations management supporting US healthcare providers, Shwaitabe has successfully designed and implemented outsourcing solutions for numerous large hospitals and RCM companies. He has managed multi-site teams of hundreds of employees, generating millions of dollars in revenue.
Prior to founding Pacific BPO, Shwetabh held leadership roles at a Fortune 100 health insurance company. His contributions to the healthcare BPO industry have been recognized by publications such as Silicon Review and BPO Times.
Shwetabh holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute, India. He is also an avid reader, writer, traveler, and movie enthusiast.
