ison xperiences Provides Customer Service for B-Tech

Amani Rabee, Chief Development Officer at ison xperiences, stated that the company has entered into a contract with B-Tech to provide customer service for them.
Specializing in customer experience management (XC), ison xperiences plans to expand its presence in the Egyptian market over the next three years.
Currently, the company operates from four locations in Egypt and aims to add a new branch in the Maadi Technology Park in the near future.
According to previous statements from company leadership, ison xperiences currently serves clients with 3,500 seats in Egypt and plans to add approximately 2,500 new seats over the next three years, with at least 58% of these dedicated to serving international markets.
ison xperiences is focused on enhancing its cross-border outsourcing services and expanding its offshoring activities across 19 countries.
The company began its operations in Egypt in 2019 through the acquisition of Wasla and was initially set to start exporting digital services at the beginning of 2020; however, the COVID-19 pandemic delayed this initiative.
Additionally,ison xperiences aims to export its services from Egypt and create job opportunities for young people, distinguishing itself from competitors who focus solely on positioning Egypt as the premier global destination for business process outsourcing (BPO).
The global company currently employs over 18,000 people.
