Intelcia Egypt Launches an Initiative to Reintegrate Female Employees Who Took Leave for Personal Reasons
Intelcia Egypt, a leading outsourcing company, has launched an initiative in March 2024 to reintegrate female employees who took leave for personal reasons.
Ms. Nidal Afid, Intelcia Egypt Cluster Director, said “The initiative aims to help these employees regain their skills and knowledge and reintegrate them into the daily workflow”.
It is part of the company’s celebration of International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day and will continue throughout the month of March.
Intelcia Egypt is also looking to cooperate with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to provide free training in soft skills, telesales, and other workplace requirements for university students during the summer holidays.
The initiative includes training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to help employees regain their confidence and skills.
It also provides support and guidance to help them overcome any challenges they may face in returning to work.
Intelcia Egypt believes that this initiative will help to empower women and create a more inclusive workplace.
Other Activities:
Intelcia Egypt has organized visits to several faculties at Cairo University, including Commerce, Law, Archeology, and Arts, to raise awareness about the initiative and encourage female students to pursue careers in the outsourcing industry.
The company is also planning to expand its operations in Egypt and reach 4,000 employees by 2025.
