Foundever Expands Operations in Egypt, Starting in Upper Egypt

Foundever, a global company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to expand its operations in Egypt. The company’s expansion in 2025 will focus on increasing its workforce and the services provided from Egypt, as well as opening a new center in Luxor Governorate.

Foundever aims to create 5,000 new job opportunities with investments reaching 65 million euros over the next four years. The company also plans to expand its existing centers in Nasr City and the Maadi Technology Park.

The memorandum of understanding sets a general framework for partnership between the two parties to enhance business expansion in the field of outsourcing services for export and to strengthen cooperation between ITIDA and Foundever, which will focus on providing customer support, technical support, and sales services to multiple destinations.

Foundever Egypt has achieved a growth rate of 115% compared to 2023, reflecting Egypt’s attractiveness as a distinguished destination for customer experience services.
