Fiberme aims to sell devices to operate 4,000 mobile SIM cards in call centers in Egypt
The American company Fiberme for communications solutions aims to sell mobile operator devices inside customer service centers in Egypt equivalent to 4,000 mobile chips as a first stage during the first 3 months of its official launch in the local market.
Tamer Attia, Regional Director of FiberMe in the Middle East and Africa, said that the company is betting on achieving targeted sales on a set of factors, most notably the device’s compatibility with most internal communications systems and customer service centers worldwide, which enhances its opportunities in the market and makes it an attractive option for companies.
Attia revealed in statements to “T3aheed” that Fiberme has issued more than 40 price offers to companies and customer service centers that have expressed interest in the new product through its agent in Egypt, CUC, stressing that his company seeks to provide facilities to customers based on the history of previous transactions as part of its strategies to consolidate its position in the global market and increase its sales in a sustainable manner.
Fiberme launched the FGX4508 mobile SIM card operator in Egypt a few days ago after obtaining the approval of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. It comes in two different models to meet the diverse needs of the market, the first of which supports second generation communications networks, and the other fourth generation technology.
