McIntosh began his professional journey in 1987 within the UK’s outbound sales sector.
He quickly transitioned into contact center management, where he earned a reputation for transforming underperforming operations into high-efficiency hubs, particularly within the Philippine market.
Before joining Logix BPO, McIntosh served as the COO of CCU Global. During his tenure, he spearheaded the launch and development of multiple new centers across Asia, Africa, and South America.
Under his leadership, CCU Global achieved remarkable growth in its client base and significant operational milestones, driven by the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Global Leadership and Strategic Expertise
His executive portfolio includes leadership roles at several other global organizations. He previously served as the Head of Vendor Management at Kiwi.com, a travel technology disruptor, and held the position of COO at Peak Outsourcing.
McIntosh holds credentials from the International Management Institute (formerly the Distance Learning Centre), completed between 1991 and 1994.
