Conditions for applying for a call center job in Egypt
Companies set a number of general conditions and standards that must be met by male and female applicants for the position of call center employee, including:
1- The applicant must have a higher qualification certificate “from one of the colleges or higher institutes.”
2- The applicant must be between 21 and 31 years old.
3- Not accepting students and holders of intermediate and above-intermediate qualifications.
4- The applicant must be tactful, have sufficient knowledge of the correct pronunciation of letters when speaking with customers, and be serious in dealing.
5- Submitting a certificate of military service status for males.
Please note that applications will not be accepted for those over 31 years of age, and that working hours are variable during the first month, with the possibility of fixing them starting from the second month of work.
