Michael Clifton is the co-CEO of Alorica, an outsourcing services company based in Irvine, California, with over 100,000 employees in 100 locations worldwide, most notably Bulgaria, Poland, and Egypt.
The company provides its services in many languages, most notably English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish, in addition to support for Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, and Urdu.
Clifton has been with Alorica since 2019, during which time he has risen through the ranks to become the company’s Chief Growth and Transformation Officer.
Clifton comes to Alorica with a wealth of prior experience, having held executive leadership positions at a number of organizations and companies, most notably Cognizant, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Hanover Insurance Group, and Nobilis Software.
