TTEC Aims to Recruit Over 330 New Employees in Egypt by End of April
Global CX leader TTEC is targeting the recruitment of more than 330 new employees at its Egypt office before the end of this April.
According to a company statement obtained by Outsourcing Bulletin, TTEC’s Cairo site currently supports over 500 employees delivering services in 11 different languages.
This expansion is driven by the company’s commitment to meeting growing client demand for AI-powered, multilingual customer experience (CX) services.
It further solidifies Cairo’s position as one of TTEC’s fastest-growing strategic service delivery hubs globally.
Since entering the Egyptian market in 2023, TTEC has achieved significant growth rates, particularly following the inauguration of its office in the Maadi Technology Zone early last year.
It is worth noting that in November 2025, TTEC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) on the sidelines of the Global Outsourcing Summit.
Organized by the Ministry of Communications through ITIDA, the agreement aims to scale TTEC’s Cairo workforce to over 4,000 employees by 2029.
In a previous interview with Outsourcing Bulletin, Simeon Jarrabit, Executive Vice President of Operations for TTEC EMEA, confirmed that the company views Egypt as a pivotal strategic hub.
He emphasized that the nation’s BPO industry is witnessing robust growth, bolstered by continuous government efforts and the strategic partnership with ITIDA.
Jarrabit described Egypt as a promising, high-capacity market rich with compelling investment opportunities.
He urged global firms to invest promptly in the country, citing its competitive advantages, including advanced infrastructure, strong public-private partnerships, and a high-caliber talent pool, with 760,000 highly skilled students graduating from universities annually.
