Hany Monem Joins Konecta as Director of BPO Services
Outsourcing News letter has learned that Engineer Hany Monem has been appointed as the Director of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) at the Spanish firm Konecta.
This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to bolstering its operational capabilities and expanding its footprint across Egyptian and regional markets.
Monem brings an extensive professional background in the ICT sector, underpinned by years of executive leadership at major corporations.
He most recently served as the CEO of South Africa’s SoloGrowth in Egypt. His distinguished career also includes serving as Vice President at both Telecom Egypt (WE) and Vodafone Egypt, where he played pivotal roles in operational development, leading growth strategies, and enhancing institutional efficiency.

Konecta is recognized as a premier global leader in Customer Experience (CX) management and BPO services.
Founded in Spain in 1999, the company has evolved over two decades into an international group operating in more than 26 countries.
