Amira Bassiouny Appointed as Operations Director at U.S.-Based Intelogix
Outsourcing Bulletin has learned that Amira Bassiouny, the former General Manager of TTEC Egypt, has been appointed as the Operations Director at Intelogix, the prominent American customer experience (CX) management firm.
Intelogix currently manages its Egyptian operations through its regional hub located in New Cairo.
Bassiouny brings an extensive track record in the contact center and BPO industry, having held several high-profile leadership roles at local, regional, and global organizations.
Prior to joining Intelogix, she was instrumental in launching the Egyptian operations for the global giant TTEC.
Her career also includes significant leadership tenures at Noon, the e-commerce leader; Careem, the ride-hailing pioneer; and Vodafone International Services (VIS).
A veteran of the industry, Bassiouny earned her degree from the Faculty of Commerce, Accounting Department, at Cairo University in 1998.
