Mohamed Lotfy: Xceed Successfully Bolsters Its Position… Focusing on Digital Solutions and Operational Excellence
Mohamed Lotfy, CEO of Xceed, confirmed that 2025 was a standout year in terms of service evolution and operational quality.
He explained that the company succeeded in strengthening its market position by focusing on digital solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering higher value to its clients, despite significant shifts in the local and regional markets.
In exclusive statements to the “Taaheed” newsletter, Lotfy added that the growth achieved by the company was rooted in service quality and innovation rather than volume alone—a strategy he considers “sustainable success.”
He noted that Xceed experienced a strong and deliberate recruitment drive this year, attracting talent with the digital and linguistic skills required by market demands.
The company also onboarded new groups of employees while continuously investing in training and qualifying its teams to ensure a service level that reflects the company’s brand and its clients’ trust.
He continued: “The company proceeded with its strategic geographical expansion plans in 2025, both within Egypt and by extending its services to foreign markets.”
He pointed out that Xceed inaugurated new operational sites and upgraded existing ones to provide services that are closer to clients and more responsive to their needs.
Lotfy highlighted that Xceed managed to add a new client base across various sectors this year by building long-term partnerships and offering flexible, effective solutions, making it a preferred partner for institutions seeking operational quality and performance sustainability.
In a related context, he noted the company’s success in maintaining a balance between local and international clients.
While the local market remains a top priority, the international client base has expanded thanks to Xceed’s operational capabilities, diverse language offerings, and flexible business models that allow global companies to leverage its expertise.
He emphasized that Egypt’s outsourcing sector possesses strong fundamentals—such as the availability of talent, stable infrastructure, and continuous government support—positioning it as one of the most important markets in the region.
He concluded that Xceed expects the upcoming phase to focus more on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and operating models based on speed and agility, asserting that the company is ready to lead this transformation.
