Xceed Nominated for International Customer Experience Award
Xceed, the outsourcing services company, has been shortlisted for the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) in the “Best Citizen Experience” category.
Xceed is competing for the award against several other entities, including the Riyadh Municipality, the Madinah Health Cluster, the First Riyadh Health Cluster, the General Secretariat of Zakat, Tax and Customs Committees, and Indonesia’s BNI Bank.
ICXA, which stands for the International Customer Experience Awards, is a global competition that recognizes companies and organizations for their excellence in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various sectors and industries.
Entries are evaluated by independent judging panels, and the awards include diverse categories that focus on both classic and innovative customer experiences.
