Following Eclerx, India’s Genpact Begins Operations in Egypt
Sources in the telecommunications sector have informed the “Ta3heed” newsletter that the Indian outsourcing services company, Genpact, has obtained the necessary licenses to begin operations in the local market.
The sources stated that Genpact is one of four Indian and Finnish companies that have decided to leverage Egyptian talent to serve their clients.
This follows the move by the Indian outsourcing company, Eclerx, which the “Outsourcing” newsletter exclusively reported on several months ago when it opened a branch in the Maadi Technology Park.
Genpact is a global professional services and technology solutions company founded in India in 1997 as part of GE Capital.
Headquartered in New York City, Genpact specializes in helping companies achieve digital transformation.
It offers services in various fields, including finance, accounting, supply chains, human resources, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.
